Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll respond promptly and either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
No Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect information provided during ordering (e.g., personalization)

Refund Method

Missing Orders
